At Medilona Healthcare Private Limited, we value your trust and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and problem-solving healthcare products.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products returned without original packaging and invoice.
  • Items purchased under special discounts, clearance, or promotional offers.

3. Process for Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide order details, invoice number, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to our Registered Office address:

Note: Customers will bear the return shipping cost unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If rejected (due to product tampering, opened package, or missing invoice), the product will be sent back to you.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting pictures.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during promotional campaigns
  • Gift cards, free samples, or bonus items
